Why is this piece so special?

For five years, Tucum has partnered with families of artisans from the Waurá people in the Ulupuwene Village, within the Xingu Indigenous Territory. Their beaded jewellery expresses the identity, aesthetic precision, and continuity of an ancestral craft that remains alive in the territory. Each bracelet is handwoven in the rhythm of the forest, respecting its cycles and the knowledge passed down through generations. Each piece takes approximately four days to create, combining ancestral technique and innovation.
